Parts AB reports increased 2013 first quarter sales

“We see a strong start to the year in which sales exceeds the first quarter last year and net sales has increased by 24 percent. We can now see that the structure we have built up starts to show results. In 2012, we had a clear focus on bringing stability to the organization and to set up a structure in the markets where we now have established subsidiaries in ten of our major markets. Our network of Authorized Repairers have also been strengthened during the period, says Lennart Stahl”, CEO of Saab Automobile Parts AB.

Parts AB forms new subsidiaries in Norway and Finland

Saab Automobile Parts AB continues to expand its business by establishing subsidiaries in Norway and Finland. During the past year the company has established subsidiaries in nine European countries and in the important North American market. The new companies in Norway and Finland are wholly owned subsidiaries of Saab Automobile Parts AB, headquartered in Nykoping, Sweden.

Management of Saab Automobile Parts AB shares is transferred to the Ministry of Finance

Today the Swedish Government took the decision to transfer the shares in Saab Automobile Parts AB from the National Debt Office to the Ministry of Finance.

Debt Office takes ownership of Saab Parts

The National Debt Office has decided to take ownership of Saab Automobile Parts AB. The company has since the bankruptcy of Saab Automobile AB, been owned by the bankruptcy estate. The takeover is done by assumption of a pledge of all the shares in the company and will take a few weeks.

Saab Automobile Parts AB continues to expand in Europe and has established new subsidiaries in Germany, France, Switzerland and Denmark. The newly formed companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Saab Automobile Parts AB and the staff employed have a considerable experience with Saab. The new subsidiaries further strengthen the international representation of Saab Automobile Parts AB.

Parts AB acquires companies in Europe

Saab Automobile Parts AB acquired its former subsidiaries in Spain and Italy from the Saab Automobile AB bankruptcy estate. Following the acquisitions, the companies in Spain and Italy will act as wholly owned subsidiaries of Saab Automobile Parts AB and all current personnel in the companies will continue their employment.
