Saab Automobile Parts AB forms new subsidiary in the USA

Saab Automobile Parts AB has formed a new North American subsidiary. The new company, North America Distribution Services Inc., trading as Saab Automobile Parts North America, is incorporated in all 52 states in the US and will be headquartered in Michigan. The company will also manage the operations in the Canadian market.

Saab Automobile Parts AB will start production of car body parts

- Parts Company starts production of body parts - Acquisition of a large supply of completed body parts - Wide range of other spare parts purchased from Saab Automobile's bankruptcy Saab Automobile Parts AB will start production of car body parts at Saab Automobile's press and body plant in Trollhättan. About 30 people, both production employees and managers, will work with the planning and production of various replacement body parts for Saab cars including bonnets, doors and fenders.

- Parts Company recruits new staff in Trollhättan - Subsidiary established in the United Kingdom Saab Automobile Parts AB is expanding its operations. The company remained outside the 2011 bankruptcy of its parent, Saab Automobile AB. In fact it has continued to operate without interruption providing Saab's global network of Authorized Repairers, consisting of about 1,200 workshops, with Saab parts, accessories and technical support.
